All orders are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email to hello@wellwateredwomen.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue on unused products.

Please be advised that sale prices or free shipping offers cannot be applied to past or pending purchases.

We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to an order that has already been submitted. Please verify all of your information carefully. If an order has to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Transit time varies based on location.

We do ship internationally to most countries. If our checkout process does not allow you to ship to your country, please email hello@wellwateredwomen.com, and we will do our best to add your country to our approved shipping destinations. However, please note that there may be import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country and the customer will be responsible for those fees.

Due to the new tax laws introduced in the United Kingdom for international shipments, we are unable to accept orders shipping to the UK.
